Libraries

We have amplified and titered the following libraries. They are available from this project in exchange for for an MTA and a small fee to defray the costs of generation and shipping of this product. Please contact our laboratory for details.

LIBRARY 1-- Whole plant, Strawberry Festival, sprayed with 1 mM salicylic acid containing 0.01% silwet, and watered with 4% salicylate. All vegetative tissues, no flowers or fruits. Tissue was harvested at 24 hours. Amplified library represents 3.1 x 10¹⁰ pfu/ml. 1 ml will be shipped in 7% DMSO.
